Layout & Pattern Reviews

We inspect form field sizes, check button hover states, and verify modal close button actions against layout standards.

Sign-up Flow Tracking

We map user click pathways from landing pages to final submit buttons, measuring page exit events.

Heatmap & Click Logs

We track cursor movements, identify dead-clicks on static page items, and log page scroll depths.

At minimum, read access to your analytics platform (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and your session recording tool (Hotjar, FullStory). If you have neither, we can set them up in the first week and collect data in parallel with the heuristic review. We also ask for your key conversion flows and current conversion rate baselines.
Heuristic review is tool-independent — it is expert analysis of your live product. For quantitative data we work with whatever analytics stack you have. For session analysis we support Hotjar, FullStory, LogRocket, and Clarity. For accessibility we use axe DevTools and manual keyboard/screen reader testing.
Standard UX audit with existing data: 2 weeks from access to report. Audit requiring new tool setup and data collection: 4 weeks. Comprehensive audit including user interview research: 5–6 weeks. We scope based on the number of flows you want audited and the depth of research required.
A structured audit report with findings by category, severity ratings (critical / high / medium / low), specific design recommendations for each finding, before/after wireframes for the most impactful fixes, and a prioritised backlog you can hand directly to your design team.
Your design and development team, or we can implement them as a follow-on engagement. Many clients prefer to implement themselves since the recommendations are specific and actionable. We offer implementation review calls where we answer questions as your team builds the fixes.
Yes. As an add-on, we design the A/B test variants, set up the experiment in your testing tool (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize), and analyse results. We recommend this for high-traffic pages where a quantitative validation is worth the test runtime.
Yes. Mobile UX has different interaction patterns, navigation conventions, and performance constraints than web. We conduct mobile audits on real devices, testing iOS and Android separately where behaviour differs. If your product has both web and mobile versions, we recommend auditing both — the findings rarely overlap.
Yes. Our accessibility audit covers WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard required by most enterprise procurement requirements and US government contracts. We use automated scanning plus manual testing with keyboard navigation and VoiceOver/NVDA screen readers. Findings include specific code-level fixes, not just design recommendations.
