A standard product pod includes a product designer, a senior full-stack engineer, a backend specialist, and a tech lead who reviews all architecture decisions. Larger products add a dedicated QA engineer and a mobile developer when needed. All are senior — we do not use juniors on client work.

You own everything — codebase, designs, domain, infrastructure accounts, and third-party service credentials. We sign an IP assignment agreement before work begins. There are no licensing fees or lock-in of any kind.

You get access to the GitHub repo from day one. Every sprint has a public demo on a staging URL. We use Linear or Jira for task tracking, which you can see in real time. Our goal is to make our work as visible and comprehensible as possible, not to obscure it behind process.

Daily commit activity visible on GitHub. Weekly demo call. Slack channel for async questions with response within 4 hours in business hours. Monthly roadmap review. You are never waiting for an update.

We make recommendations based on your product requirements, team, and growth trajectory. You have the final say on anything that affects your long-term maintainability. We explain the trade-offs clearly — no jargon, no pushing our preferred stack without a reason.

Scope changes happen — we expect them. We assess impact on timeline and cost transparently, record the decision in writing, and either adjust the sprint plan or carry changes to the next sprint. We never just absorb scope silently and then miss a deadline.

We offer fixed-price for well-scoped projects and time-and-materials for ongoing product work. Both models include weekly transparency on time spent. We provide a detailed quote after a scoping session — there are no surprises on the invoice.
